- Project Information: This 105,000 square foot senior independent living facility has 14 studio apartments, 80 one bedroom units and 14 two bedroom units. The common space has a 140 seat dining room, 3 story atrium, game room, exercise room and library. Building material consists of masonry bearing walls, concrete plank floor system, gas fired HVAC units and an automatic fire protection system.
