Chairman of the Board

Jim Hollenbach is a Penn State Alumnus with a B.S. Degree in Science. He has forty + years experience with Hollenbach Construction, Inc. in operations management, financial management, project management, estimating, marketing and supervision.

Timothy Little

President – tlittle@hollenbach.com

Tim Little has thirty-nine years experience with Hollenbach Construction, Inc. in estimating, drafting and project management. He has attended the Clemson University Project Management Academy and holds a Penn State University Construction Management Certificate. He also has an OSHA Construction Safety and Health Certification.

Stephanie Hollenbach

Secretary/Treasurer, Estimator – shollenbach@hollenbach.com

Stephanie Hollenbach has twelve years experience with Hollenbach Construction, Inc., including operations management, commercial property management and coordination of estimates on negotiated and hard bid projects. She currently holds the Green Advantage Environmental Certification accrediting her knowledge of sustainable design.

Janet Mack

Human Resources Administrator – jmack@hollenbach.com

Received an A.S. Degree in Business with a major in Accounting from Lansdale School of Business.  Her career has included working with a variety of business & industry sectors and more than fourteen (14) years experience in the construction industry with Hollenbach Construction, Inc.  Her responsibilities include administrative duties related to Human Resources, Marketing and Project Management.

Bonnie Carl

Bonnie Carl handles the day-to-day accounting needs including A/P, A/R, and Billing for Hollenbach Construction. She has been with the company for thirty-nine years.

Keith Leonard

Senior Project Manager – kleonard@hollenbach.com

Keith Leonard is a Kansas State University Alumnus with a B.S. Degree in Construction Management. He has twenty-five plus years experience in commercial, institutional and industrial construction operations management. He has sixteen years experience with Hollenbach Construction, Inc.

Richard Longacre

Rich Longacre has attended the Penn State University Construction Supervisor courses. He has been with Hollenbach Construction, Inc. for thirty-nine years. He has also spent three years at West Montgomery Vo-Tech (Building Trades) and five years in residential construction. Rich is certified in CPR/AED and First Aid and holds an OSHA 30 Hour Construction Safety and Health Certification.

Gary Miller

Project Superintendent – gmiller@hollenbach.com

Gary Miller has nineteen years experience with Hollenbach Construction, Inc. He has Finish Carpenter experience of fourteen years with extensive experience as a foreman of interior finish crews (metal stud framing, drywall and acoustical ceilings). He holds an OSHA 30 Hour Construction Safety and Health Certification and is certified in CPR/AED and First Aid. Gary has also completed construction supervisory courses.

Christopher Reid

Chris Reid has twenty-nine years experience with Hollenbach Construction, Inc. with extensive experience in concrete and pre-engineered metal building trades. He was a Foreman for four years. Chris is certified in CPR/AID and First Aid and holds an OSHA 30 Hour Construction Safety and Health Certification. He has also completed construction supervisory courses.
