- Project Information: This 80,600 square foot senior assisted living and dementia care facility has a total of 83 studio, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments. The facility includes two dining rooms, library, theater, doctors’ office, beauty salon/spa, game room and secured dementia floor with a rooftop garden. Construction consists of masonry bearing walls and a concrete plank floor and roof.
