- Description: Project included construction of a new entrance addition with personnel lift, renovation of four existing classrooms into four apartment units, basement renovations to include new meeting room, laundry, toilet and storage areas. Renovated areas include addition of a fire sprinkler system and re-work of plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems.
