- Project Information: 13,875 square foot warehouse addition to a 10,000 square foot printing and cutting facility. The warehouse has a shipping dock utilizing 3 overhead doors and concrete apron for truck traffic. There was extensive sitework due to steep slopes, four “Rain Gardens” for storm water recharge, underground storm water storage, truck turn-around to access dock and asphalt parking for 20 vehicles.
