Congratulations to the Hollenbach team for earning a 2025 Excellence in Construction Award from the Associated Builders & Contractors Eastern PA Chapter! Our Main Street Financial Partners project in Coopersburg, PA received the Merit Level award for Best Renovation project in the $1 Million – $5 Million category.

This project involved the adaptive reuse of a building constructed approximately 135 years ago. The objective was to expand and transform the brick and timber-framed structure into a modern, state-of-the-art office space while preserving the historic character aesthetic of the original building.

The building addition contains a commercial kitchen, while the main building’s roof was raised to accommodate a new mezzanine workspace. The completed renovations includes an exposed timber frame roof system and restored original hardwood flooring. The exterior walls consist of original exposed brick; cleaned and repointed to enhance the vintage industrial appearance. Select window frames were repurposed to support new pendant light fixtures. The Owner furnished the space with reclaimed lighting, beverage bar, and conference room furniture.
